Breakthrough Session Overview (What Happens During the Session?)

I apply a proven process that will transform your life, as it did mine. I work with people one-on-one virtually.

We first would identify the area of life you would like to work on:

  3. Relationships
  4. Family 
  5. Personal Growth
  6. Spirituality 

I then guide you to release and get rid of the 7 core negative emotions: Anger, Sadness, Fear, Hurt, Guilt, Shame, and Anxiety. In addition, we release the limiting beliefs and emotional baggage holding you back in life.

This Breakthrough Session takes up to 10 hours to complete, broken up over at least 2 days. Afterward, you will have much more clarity, motivation, and inner peace/increased mental and emotional health so you can go forth and achieve your goals and dreams. Again, this truly has been transformative for my life and I am passionate about helping others realize its benefits. 

Afterward, for continued healing modalities, guidance, and support, I offer hourly sessions where we would meet weekly or at a frequency that best serves you, 100% personalized and tailored to best support you and your specific goals.
